The 39th European Congress of the Theosophical Society on the theme “Healing Oneself, Healing the World” will soon take place, from August 1st to 6, at the Exhibition Centre of the University of York in England. The programme comprises lectures and talks from known theosophical speakers, including Tim Boyd, International President of the TS. The programme will be in English with most lectures and talks translated into Spanish. All registered participants will receive relevant information together with links to Zoom two days before the beginning of the Congress. We would much appreciate a contribution of £20 or more to cover expenses related to the organisation of the Congress. You will be directed to the donation page after you have sent your registration.

The programme includes lectures and symposia. There will also be artistic and cultural programmes. The language of the Congress is English.
There will also be an opportunity to visit Howard Castle, a historic building in the north of England with ornate interiors and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Venue
The 39th European Congress will be held at the University of York Exhibition Centre (Heslington, York YO10 5DE, UK – https://yorkconferences.com/). York is a historic city in Northern Yorkshire, England, with Roman roots and a Viking past. It is a popular tourist destination that attracts visitors with its medieval old town, York Minster and various cultural activities. The University is in the southeast of York, about 20 minutes’ walk or bus ride from the city centre.
Accommodation and Prices
Full board accommodation at the student residence right next to the Exhibition Centre in single rooms. Meals are vegetarian or vegan.
Full board includes registration, accommodation, meals, programme, taxes and coffee and tea breaks: £575.
Daily rate without accommodation is £36 and includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments and all lectures.
It is possible to stay at the student residence for up to two nights after the Congress (August 6 and 7) for sightseeing in the region. Accommodation with breakfast included: £52 per person per night.
